Servesage provides information about restaurants, cafes, products, prices, images, menus, offers, locations and availability based on information supplied or updated by listed businesses. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but details may change without notice.

You should review the listing and booking details before confirming a transaction. A listing on Servesage does not by itself guarantee that a restaurant or product will be available at a particular time.

When you confirm a booking through Servesage, you agree to provide correct details and complete the displayed payment process. A booking may be subject to the listed business's availability, minimum requirements, cancellation rules and other conditions shown before payment. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Servesage does not store your complete payment card or banking credentials. A booking is considered confirmed only when the portal or payment provider shows a successful confirmation.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility depend on the booking terms displayed for the relevant restaurant, cafe or service. Please review those terms before payment. Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider and your bank. Servesage may correct listing errors, update product information or change portal features when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide truthful information, keep your profile updated and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Restaurants, cafes, product suppliers, payment gateways and other partners may operate independently from Servesage. Their products, services, pricing, fulfilment, quality and policies remain their responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Servesage name, logo, portal design, original text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the revised version will apply after it is posted on this page.
